The Associated Business Students Organization Council (ABSOC) was established to guide and shape the students of CSULB into strong future business leaders through the acquisition of a desire for self-improvement, scholastic, and professional excellence and the cultivation of civic responsibility. Our goal is to provide our students and organizations opportunities for association and interaction with the faculty, administration, Associated Students and members of the business profession, and to aid in the professional development that will result in professional employment.

The Associated Business Students Organization Council is dedicated to making sure the students in the College of Business Administration receive excellent personal and professional development beyond the classroom. Some of these opportunities include networking with business professionals, learning time management skills, and developing leadership abilities. ABSOC serves to foster communication and collaboration among the 10 member organizations within the College of Business, while also functioning as a funnel for student concerns and opinions by communicating these to administration in the CBA and to ASI.
